Breitner Transcription Services' digitally based transcription service can be customized
to meet the operational criteria for each client's unique requirements. Through
our advanced capabilities, we seamlessly integrate with
hospital information systems and group practice management
systems, while being HIPAA compliant. Our services are
avalable 24/7, as is our customer support team.
Our customers choose from up to four methods to capture voice
data:
- Extraction from your dictation system
- Toll-free (800) dial-up technology
- Hand-held digital recorder
- PDA (Personal Digital Assistant)
Once we have captured the dictation, it securely flows from
the Breitner Transcription Services Data Center to be transcribed by our experienced pool
of medical transcriptionists. The reports are then
distributed to our Quality Assurance Editors to be analyzed
and proofread.
Upon meeting our strict acceptance standards, the reports
are securely returned to our clients by a variety of delivery
methods including HL7, FTP, HTML, XML, modem, printer or fax.
